Emmett V. Jordan

Principal and Managing Director

Mr. Emmett V. Jordan is the principal & founder of JCPSG.  Skilled in marketing, development, communications, and administration, Mr. Jordan has extensive professional experience providing planning, implementation, and creative services to non-profits, associations, businesses, and government agencies. He has worked with a wide variety of educational, health, cultural, and social service organizations, including the Smithsonian Institution, University of Maryland – College Park, Plainfield Health Center, United Negro College Fund, Saint Michael's Medical Center.

Involved in many civic and community service activities, Mr. Jordan was elected to the City Council of Greenbelt, Maryland in 2009, where he currently has serves as Mayor.  His board affiliations include the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, the Maryland Municipal League, and the Community and Economic Development Steering Committee for the National League of Cities.

Dr. E. Maynard Moore has been a consultant in financial resource development and management for nonprofit organizations on a full-time basis for more than twenty-five years.

Prior to 1984, Maynard Moore served as a teacher, administrator, and fundraising executive for a community college, a large state university, and a major private university, including service in roles as Assistant to the President and Assistant Vice President. For a national association of cities and counties, Dr. Moore served as Vice President for Development and Corporate Relations, managing fundraising initiatives in the private sector and functioning as liaison with major corporations, research universities and federal R & D laboratories.
